Our Team

Elliott Sud is the President of The Sud Group, a private real estate development firm founded by his father over 65 years ago. Elliott has been active in sourcing and investing in new real estate development opportunities and joint ventures in Phoenix, Arizona and across the United States and Canada for over the past 35 years. Led by Elliott, the current management team continues the tradition of successful real estate development and management with a "hands on approach" to all of its business ventures. Under Elliott's leadership, The Sud Group has dramatically expanded its holdings in both scale and diversity of asset class in both Canada and the United States. Elliott's vision has always been for The Sud Group real estate team to think outside the box, while continuing to expand and focus on quality long term business relationships. As such Elliott truly believes that relationships are the Sud Group's most valuable assets.  It is paramount to Elliott that the company's legacy of quality and integrity, along with maintaining an entrepreneurial culture, continue for the future. This is essential to ensure that it may nurture existing partnerships while simultaneously creating new and successful ones. Elliott is also very supportive of various charitable organizations such as UJA, B'nai Brith, the Toronto General & Western Hospital, and Parkinson Canada. Elliott holds an Honours BA from York University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Since 2010 Adrian has been the CFO and Director of Real Estate Development for The Sud Group where he is involved with all aspects of financial underwriting, land-use planning, hi-rise condominium development and financing strategies for the Sud Group's existing portfolio of commercial retail plazas, residential apartments and land holdings in both Canada and the United States. Prior to the Sud Group Adrian began his career in real estate finance which included brokering commercial real estate debt with CBRE Capital Markets and lending both construction and term debt facilities across all asset classes with GE Capital. Adrian also gained strong experience in underwriting acquisitions and dispositions while providing advisory work for private equity funds and institutions while working at Ashlar Urban Realty. Adrian is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Alexei is the Financial Controller for The Sud Group, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, cash management and financial reporting for Joint Venture Real Estate Development Projects in Canada and in the United States. Alexei has over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and financial reporting. Alexei was previously employed at KPMG as a staff accountant in the audit department. Alexei has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Slavonic University of Moldova and holds the CPA, CMA designation.

Ecaterina Agheeva joined The Sud Group as a Financial Controller in 2012. She is responsible for all accounting, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting for our Canadian portfolio of properties and investments. Before joining The Sud Group Ecaterina worked six years as an auditor at KPMG. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and is actively pursuing her CPA/ACCA designation.

Mayur is an accountant for The Sud Group, where he conducts daily operations for projects and corporate accounting. Mayur has over five years of experience in financial reporting, project and cost accounting. Mayur has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University and is currently pursuing his CPA designation.

Lily is a Property Accountant at The Sud Group where she is responsible for the day-to-day accounting, cash management and client services for all aspects of our Property Management. Lily has 10 years experience in full cycle accounting and business administration. Lily earned two Bachelor's degrees, one in Business Administration from Dublin Business School and another in International Economics from Moldova. Lily's degrees and her prior work experience have provided Lily with the knowledge and expertise to introduce best practices, standards and workflow in commercial and residential accounting.

Over the past 35 years Warren has been responsible for overseeing the property management division of the Sud Group. Warren is also responsible for the ongoing day to day banking operations of the Company which contributes to the ongoing growth of the Sud Group. Warren is also very supportive of various charitable organizations such as UJA, B'nai Brith, the Toronto General & Western Hospital, and Parkinson Canada

Bradley is The Sud Group's Operations Manager with experience in leading teams in a fast-paced, confidential and constantly evolving environment.  Skilled in accounting, client relations, negotiation, building improvements and project management. Bradley is committed to the highest standards of professionalism in the industry and aims to ensure that those standards and values are passed through every aspect of company operations.

Rob is a Property Manager at The Sud Group with over 10 years of experience in the field. After finishing his studies at the City University of New York with a focus in Business Management Rob was involved with retail store operations and franchising. In 2008, Rob moved to Toronto and started his career in Real Estate and was later licensed in the province as a Real Estate Agent. Rob has worked for some of the oldest and largest Property Management firms overseeing several multi-residential properties consisting of thousands of units across Southern Ontario and brings a wealth of management expertise to the Sud Group.

As the construction manager Doug is responsible for all construction and renovation initiatives of the Sud Group. Doug also actively works with the rest of the Sud Group staff and various construction and renovation contractors. Doug has been a long term valued employee of the company

Alex is responsible for all aspects of maitenance for the Sud Group's Canadian portfolio of real estate. Alex oversees various daily and yearly property maintenance issues such as paving, tenant improvements, and is responsible for overseeing the onsite janitorial staff of the Sud Group's various properties.

Roberta is an administrative assistant at the Sud Group. She has worked many years in an administrative capacity. Roberta worked five years with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and nine years as a Registration Officer with the College of Nurses of Ontario prior to joining The Sud Group. Roberta assists with all tasks related to daily administration and property management and you will hear her friendly voice when you call our office.
